- 500g sausage meat
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place sausage meat in the center of the pastry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the pastry over the sausage meat and seal the edges.
- Cut into individual rolls.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
