Sausage stuffed mushrooms are a savory appetizer filled with a flavorful sausage mixture.

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until soft.
- Add the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
