Zutaten

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Place the turkey breast in the center of a large sheet pan.
  4. Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the turkey.
