A complete Thanksgiving dinner cooked on a single sheet pan.
Zutaten

- 1 whole turkey breast (4–6 lbs)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the turkey breast in the center of a large sheet pan.
- Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the turkey.
- Roast in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the turkey with the roasted vegetables.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is cooked properly.
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
