- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, alfredo sauce, and broccoli. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
