- 1 packet instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt for topping

Anweisungen
- In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, pressing it with your fingers to form dimples.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with sea salt and herbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
