- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Stir in chicken broth and soy sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce over the chicken.
