- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Optional: sliced cheese
Anweisungen
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve on sandwich rolls. Add cheese if desired.
