A simple and delicious meal for a small Thanksgiving gathering.
Zutaten

- 1 turkey breast (3–4 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the stuffing by sautéing celery and onion.
- Add stuffing mix and chicken broth to the sautéed vegetables.
- Season the turkey breast and place it in a roasting pan.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Roast turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours until cooked through.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and seasoning.
- Steam green beans and toss with butter.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy.
- Add cranberry sauce on the side.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- You can prepare the stuffing a day in advance.
