- 1 small turkey (6–8 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 dinner rolls
- 1 pumpkin pie
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 2-2.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes, remove the foil to brown the turkey.
- While the turkey is cooking, steam the green beans.
- Warm the dinner rolls in the oven during the last 10 minutes.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, and rolls.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.

- Let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
