Delicious smoked side dishes for Thanksgiving.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Anweisungen
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the smoker for 1 hour.
- Wrap corn in foil with butter and paprika. Smoke for 30 minutes.
- Mix sweet potatoes with cinnamon and maple syrup. Smoke for 1 hour.
- Serve all sides hot.
