Zutaten

- 2 cups sourdough starter, fed
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
Anweisungen
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, warm water, and melted butter.
- Add sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
