- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk

- 1 cup crumbled biscuit or pie crust
Anweisungen
- In a saucepan, combine blackberries and sugar over medium heat.
- Cook until blackberries break down and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cooled blackberry mixture to the cream mixture and stir.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Fold in crumbled biscuit or pie crust before transferring to a container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
