- 1 large egg
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg.
- Dip chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double dip the chicken.
- Let the coated chicken rest for 15 minutes before frying.
