Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Add sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and softened butter.
- Spoon the pecan mixture over the sweet potato layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
