- 4 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add celery and onion; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine cornbread, sautéed vegetables, and spices.
- Stir in chicken broth and beaten eggs.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
