  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
