  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Add a slice of cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking.
