  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. Place wonton wrappers in the muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Bake the wonton cups for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
