A delicious spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy wonton cups.

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Place wonton wrappers in the muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake the wonton cups for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Can use frozen spinach, just make sure to drain well.
