  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 egg, beaten

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  5. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and form the meat around it, sealing it completely.
  6. Repeat until all mixture is used.
