  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Anweisungen

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice, coconut milk, and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat until rice is tender.
  4. In another pot, boil mixed vegetables and lentils until cooked.
  5. Add curry powder and salt to the vegetable mixture.
  6. Serve rice topped with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander.
