A deliciously moist lemon loaf inspired by Starbucks.
Zutaten
Skala
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served with a glaze for extra sweetness.
