A tasty garlic double steakburger recipe inspired by Steak and Shake.

- 2 beef patties (4 oz each)
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 1 hamburger bun
- 2 tablespoons of garlic butter
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Anweisungen
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the ground beef.
- Form two patties and cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger bun on the grill or skillet.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
- Place the first patty on the bun, followed by the second patty.
- Spread garlic butter on the top bun and place it over the patties.
- Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately.
