- 1 box stove top stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs, onion, milk, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
