- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- On a baking sheet, shape the meat mixture into a rectangle.
- Spread mozzarella cheese and spinach evenly over the meat mixture.
- Roll the meatloaf tightly from one end to the other.
- Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
