- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley.
- Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a saucepan, whisk flour into beef broth over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream.
- Combine noodles and meatballs in a baking dish, then pour sauce over.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use frozen meatballs for quicker preparation.
- Can substitute egg noodles with any pasta.
- Top with extra parsley before serving.
