  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley.
  3. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  6. In a saucepan, whisk flour into beef broth over medium heat until thickened.
