- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a skillet, combine pineapple, bell pepper, and sweet and sour sauce.
- Heat the sauce mixture over medium heat.
- Add the baked meatballs to the skillet.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sauce.
