Zutaten

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion.
