A delicious sweet Hawaiian chicken cooked in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Use fresh pineapple for best flavor.
- Can substitute chicken breasts for thighs.
