  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Olive oil for cooking

Anweisungen

  1. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes.
  3. Add black beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
