- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Let cool, then peel and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
- Add brown sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden.

- Can be made ahead and reheated.
