  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the meat mixture.
  6. Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
