Taco stuffed shells are a delicious twist on traditional pasta. They combine the flavors of tacos with cheesy stuffed pasta shells.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the meat mixture.
- Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add black beans or corn for extra flavor.
- You can use shredded chicken instead of ground beef.
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or spicy salsa.
