A creamy and delicious tapioca pudding made with simple ingredients.

- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil.
- Add soaked tapioca, sugar, and salt to the boiling milk.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix in beaten eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Let it cool and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- You can add fruit or nuts for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
