Delicious and easy Thanksgiving appetizers made in a crockpot.
Zutaten
Skala
- 1 pound of cocktail sausages
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup of grape jelly
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
Anweisungen
- Place the cocktail sausages in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and grape jelly.
- Pour the sauce over the sausages in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and diced tomatoes.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to the crockpot during the last hour of cooking.
- Stir well and cook until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level with more or less chilies.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
- This dish can be made a day ahead and reheated.
