- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 cup of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.
- Grease a baking dish and layer the bread slices.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
