- 1 round brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, honey, and rosemary.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing all the edges.
- Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- You can substitute the cranberry sauce with fig jam if preferred.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
