- 8 slices of bread
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of cooked turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup of chopped spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the bread slices in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Add turkey, spinach, and cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Can substitute turkey with chicken or ham.
