- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with pecans.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
