A simple and delicious recipe for Thanksgiving carrots cooked in a crockpot.

- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Anweisungen
- Place the baby carrots in the crockpot.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Pour the butter mixture over the carrots.
- Stir to coat the carrots evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until carrots are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a splash of orange juice.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
