- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
- Add chocolate chips to the hot cream and stir until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Slowly whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
- Can be made a day in advance.
