Zutaten

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts for topping

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of dessert cups.
  4. Add a layer of the pumpkin mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  5. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
  6. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
