- 1 pre-made dairy-free pie crust
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made dairy-free pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve with dairy-free whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
