- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
- Cool the pie before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Make sure the pie is set before removing from the oven.
