Delicious pumpkin dessert for Thanksgiving.
Zutaten

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Beat in eggs until well combined.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
