Anweisungen

- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla and pumpkin puree.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the pecans and cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
