Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool and top with whipped cream.
