- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberries
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for 1.5-2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey is cooking, steam the green beans until tender.
- In a saucepan, cook cranberries with a little water until they burst.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the turkey with green beans and cranberries.
