Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle rosemary, tomatoes, and olives on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
