Zutaten
- Green beans – 1 pound
- Butter – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- Corn – 2 cups, fresh or frozen
- Potatoes – 2 pounds, peeled and diced
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Sour cream – 1/2 cup
- Crispy fried onions – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in butter.
- Add green beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour green bean and corn mixture over mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
- Top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
