Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- Add green beans and cranberries to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, roasted vegetables, and pecans.
- Serve warm.
