  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in kale, cranberries, walnuts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until kale is wilted.
  6. Serve warm.
