- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thickened.
- Add cheese; stir until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with macaroni.
- Transfer to a baking dish; top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
